Frederic Gallant holds a Master degree in Commercial Engineering and Business Management (University of Leuven, Belgium). Later he acquired several Post University Degrees at the Vlerick Management School (Ghent – Leuven, Belgium).
Frederic has longstanding international experience as a senior manager at Olivetti and Siemens.
As a general manager, he led Belgian branches of Siemens through their necessary restructering phases.
His M&A career started with a number of successful acquisitions and carve out operations within the Siemens concern.
He joined MNA in 2010 and advises since then exclusively on the sale and acquisition of companies.
