Taking initiative is just natural to entrepreneurs.

For many of them, it implies that sooner or later they enter the arena of mergers and acquisitions, for instance with the acquisition of another company, the restructuring of the shareholdership, the sale of a division or the entire company, within the family or to a third party, often followed by the acquisition of the next business.

It is clear that operations of such importance cannot afford any mistake. MNA is the experienced partner who supports and guides the entrepreneur in every aspect: sale or acquisistion of a business, defining an acquisition strategy, searching new investors, writing a business plan, ...

All know how and experience are in house. And also the enthousiasm and the pragmatism. But above all the will to deliver the promised results.

The MNA team consists solely of senior partners. It guarantees a personal and committed approach based on deep knowledge and the greatest discretion. Each partner has a longstanding experience in all aspects of the corporate finance 'metier'.
